1) Before ordering I have a few questions about specific models. What should I do in this case?

2) How will my order be delivered?
Your ordered goods will be delivered directly to your doorstep. Delivery of the beach chairs are either fully assembled (additional charge) or disassembled for self-assembly. If the beach chair is delivered to you disassembled, assembly instructions are included. The beach chair is divided into two parts: upper basket separated from lower basket.
A) Partially dismantled beach chairs for self-assembly will be sent directly after receipt of payment. The delivery time depends on the country for which the beach chair is ordered.
B) Assembled beach chairs are assembled by our team according to your order and then sent to you on a pallet by a forwarding agency.
3) Which countries are the beach chairs sent to?
We are currently shipping our orders to USA, Canada, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The delivery times are country dependent.
4) Can we purchase a warranty for the beach chair?
Yes, if you wish to you can buy an additional warranty
5) Will the ordered purchase be directly delivered to the house or garden?
Our packages are delivered to your doorstep. In the case of carrier shipping, delivery is made to the curbside. Within Florida, we sometimes even deliver personally and assemble your beach chair exactly where you would like it to be placed
6) I have a complaint – what should I do?
If you have a complaint, it can only be submitted and processed in writing.
Please write us an E-Mail at info@sunlimitedpatio.com and list the reason for the complaint in detail. Please add the following information to your E-Mail:
• Invoice number
• Name and address
• Photos of the product under complaint
We will then get back to you as soon as possible. We have not received any complaints to date
7) How long is the lifespan of our beach chairs?
The lifespan is heavily dependent on the use and care of the beach chair. Our beach chairs that we offer are made of extremely high quality materials and therefore have a very long service life. With proper use and appropriate care, you will enjoy your German beach chair for many, many years. In order to protect your German canopy beach and garden chair as much as possible from the weather, we strongly recommend a protective cover
8) I would like to upgrade my beach chair with accessories, what is available?
In order to enhance the beach chair experience even more, you can order protective covers or rollers, bistro tables and much more.
